Océ UK Limited have developed software to accompany Océ's range of digital archiving and print management software to help our customers streamline and automate the whole process for the Distribution and Issue Management of Technical Information, enhancing, indexing and entering technical documents into either an Océ Doc Exec Pro vault, a 3rd party document management system or computer operating system directory structure. Océ UK Limited have also developed a web-based tool that enables people to utilise technology to organise, structure and protect their data. The web browser based interface enables users to search for, view and request prints of the documents they require directly from their workstations. When combined with an Océ Doc Exec Pro database, it can also provide an environment where data is fully revision controlled.
